£12.00 - £14.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a Housing Officer for a temporary position in a well-respected housing organisation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications
You will bring with you the ability to actively contribute to the following areas:
Allocations,
Rent arrears and assisting in recovery / tenancy advice (potential evictions),
Managing and minimising voids,
Anti-social behaviour and dealing with estate management issues,
Liaison with relevant agencies, benefits institutions, local authorities and governing bodies, such as Communities Scotland.
In addition to this the ideal candidate will have worked in a social housing environment within either a housing association or local authority.

This position is subject to an enhanced disclosure issued by Disclosure Scotland.
