We are seeking Chefs / Cooks with a genuine enthusiasm for food to join our kitchen.
Experience in cooking fresh, homemade dishes is essential, as is a passion for food.
You will be a permanent resident within our hotel as we are offering a long-term, full-time position for the right candidate.

Candidates must have excellent spoken English, be self-disciplined, hard working, well presented and should enjoy both working as part of a team and under their own initiative. We are looking for people who are very reliable, friendly and dynamic.

You will be responsible for day to day food prep and cooking, general cleanliness temperature recordings, stock control, designing and cooking specials, preparing buffets for private parties and weddings, input into designing and costing menus is a must.

We are an independent 30 bed hotel who can offer good opportunities to develop within the company, for the right candidate.
