Fitness bootcamps use well-designed, progressive 4-week programs that are scaled to all levels of fitness. As a personal trainer who has been fortunate enough to train many clients and turn their lives around i understand the importance of maintaining our general health and how todays statistics show that obesity, coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes and strokes are at their highest and still increasing and the main contributer to all of these issues is lack of exercise and nutritious foods. Personal trainers command £30+ an hour especially Level 3 Advanced, and for me training one person just isn't enough I want to help a whole host of individuals to commit and dedicate their new lives to their health and general well being. Not everyone can afford a Personal Trainer, which is why i want my bootcamp to be affordable to every lifestyle.

What do I get for £30? You will receive full instruction from an experienced level 3 Advanced Fitness Trainer who will not only work you to your full potential but will bring some fun into sessions as well, Nutritional Advice and 12 sessions of training over a 4 week period.

Some of you might be worried that a bootcamp will be too strenuous or intimidating. But from the very first session, you will realize that this type of workout isn't what you expected - the instructor who is a Level 3 Advanced Fitness trainer with the Register of Exercise Professionals will help you work at a pace that will challenge but not frustrate you - best of all, you'll see improvements in a very short time. You'll become stronger, fitter, leaner, and more energised.
