Job Description: You will take on all aspects of business development, using your communication skills to develop both existing and new business relationships, formulating a real understanding of your clients’ business needs and providing workable solutions. You will also continuously look for new and proactive ways of generating and building relationships with quality candidates, advising them as to their options and delivering against their expectations. In addition you will use your experience to advise and assist more junior members of your team.

Experience required: Applicants should be experienced recruiters with a good understanding of what is required to succeed and a proven track record of successful billing. Outstanding business development and customer service skills are required together with excellent time management and the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written. The successful candidate will be a service driven professional and a team player with a strong desire to succeed. In addition the willingness to work is a must and as the role involves recruiting for global roles it is ideally suited for someone who who enjoys travel from time to time.
