We are looking for someone to join our small team in a privately owned lettings company in the West End of Dundee. This is a very busy job which will involve being out of the office a lot, running up and down stairwells so fitness is essential! The job will consist of advertising available flats, managing the applications from initial tenant interest through to lease being signed and inventory being collated, so a high degree of organisation is absolutely necessary - as is good IT skills and English (spoken and written). A driving licence is also a requirement - please do not apply unless you have one. In return, we will offer you a young, fun team who work hard and have fun doing it. An outgoing, confident and articulate personality is a must as you will be dealing with all sorts of people from first year students to high end professionals.
