We have a modern house built 1997 and have lived here for the last 13 years.Downstairs ,Hall,livingroom ,kitchen and showeroom.Upstairs 3 bedrooms and bathroom.Drive ,D/G and GCH. It is a Sanctuary house so there will be inspections and you will have to need a 3 bed property.My wife has Ruhmatiod artritis and cant manage the stairs here and we cant fit a staitlift here so a semi in charleston would allow it or somthing alll on one level in other areas near that end of the town for Family reasons.Please no flats
