FLATMATE WANTED
my friend will be moving out at the end of july and so I need someone to move in around the 1st August and take her place, the room is a good sized double bedroom, and the flat has a large living room and decent sized kitchen and bathroom, I would prefer someone who is a recent graduate like myself, for council tax reasons. It would help if you are a non smoker.
