We are looking for a bright candidate with excellent exposure to helpdesk and support related activities. The appropriate candidate should have been involved in Building / troubleshooting desktops/ laptops to ensure that the systems are optimized for end user activity, You will also be responsible for Active Directory : Administration of user accounts, software installs creation of containers and objects, granting users appropriate permissions to folders through group policy. You should also be able to troubleshoot for a wide range of technical support issues, connectivity problems such as authentication, browser related issues, performances issues, The ideal Candidate must have a good understanding of all Microsoft products
The position involves providing multiple methods of IT Support to our business customers onsite and offsite.The hours will be 8 -12 hours approx per week.
Driving license is required and own car preferred

Prior experience of working within the business sector would be an advantage
