You will play an integral part of the team, preparing a wide range of seasonal dishes and sandwiches with focus on flavour, quality and presentation.

Submitting Menu Ideas

Stock Control: Deliveries, Rotation & Wastage Control

Hygiene Procedures & Daily Cleaning Duties

Contracted to work 20 Hrs per Week over 5 days , benefits include a well structured, professional working environment, ongoing in-house training, external courses and regular performance related salary reviews within this established Independent Cafe and Restaurant

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have good experience and skills gained in quality Restaurant Cafe and/or Gastro operations with knowledge of modern European cuisine an advantage.

Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task, you will be able to work well under pressure and on your own initiative, enjoying a busy kitchen environment, menu planning and developing new skills.

Strong on due diligence, you will also be up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
