I'm a midwife just retured from a year in Australia looking for a nice 1 or 2 bedroom flat to rent in either city centre, West end or Baxter Park area although would consider other areas if they were within walking distance of centre.

Need it to be fully furnished or at least furnished with white goods, flooring, curtains and beds. Max budget is £400 per month. Deposit and references are no problem.

I'm a responsible house proud person and would really look after the property. Looking for 6 - 12 month lease but am flexible.

Hoping to be moved in by 14th Dec at latest as am away over Christmas and Ne Year.
