My client is looking to recruit a senior staff nurse/charge nurse, who is looking to move into their first management role, or a deputy manager who has maybe had experience in a smaller home, and wishes to expand their experience.
You will have been qualified for a minimum of 3 years, and should have experience in working in an environment which provides services for care of the elderly. You will also be expected to be able to lead a team of staff and support your manager to give the very best level of care possible
