Relief Sous Chef required for Coaching Hotel situated 30 minutes from Inverness, approximately 4-8 weeks work.

You must be able to provide exellent recent references and a CV with a stable work background.

You will assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, catering for coach parties and bus tours - restaurant averages 140 covers per night.

Immediate start available.
