A new Dundee restaurant aiming for accolades have current vacancies for a Commis Chef.

You will be working in a 100% fresh food environment, using local, seasonal produce. The menu is constantly evolving and everything that leaves the kitchen is made in the kitchen.

The Head Chef has come from a 2/3 rosette background and is determined to maintain this standard in his new role.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and hard working individuals who strive for excellence.

Previous experience would be preferred but is not essential. A willingness to learn and strong work effort are what counts.
