Our Client urgently seeks an estates/building surveyor to commence a 4 month freelance contract with the possibility of this being extended.

Ideally you will be a chartered surveyor with at least 2 years post qualification experience and be able to demonstrate competence at taking sole or lead responsibility for a range of property management casework.
Specifically you will provide professional surveying services relating to acquisitions, disposals and valuations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, insurance and asset valuation.

You will the support and resources of an already established team and the continuity of work with established clients.

Centrally located in Stirling and within easy reach of both the train and bus stations this is an ideal opportunity for both local candidates and those out with the city centre that rely on public transport, there is also on site parking.
