I have a 2bed flat in Charleston (3rd floor/top) and I'm currently looking to exchange this for a 2 or 3 bed property in Dundee or Carnoustie.

New kitchen fitted 20mnths ago, bright sunny living room & 2 double bedrooms. Lock up at bottom of stairs, attic storage, shared drying area.

Dundee property must be house/cottage, ground or 1 up flat, will consider any Carnosutie property.

I have 2 boys under 2 years and struggle with the stairs as they are both to young to walk up themselves. To be truthful I dont get out with the kids as much as I would like to and would love a garden.
