Reiki I class
All you need to practice the Japanese Art of Reiki healing on yourself, friends and family.

2 day class includes history of reiki, principles of holistic healing, the 3 pillars of Reiki, meditations, the 5 precepts, the hand positions, the attunement that connects you to the Reiki source, giving and receiving a full Reiki treatment, and time for discussion. A comprehaensive manual and handmade certificate are included in the price- 100 or 75 concession.

Two classes are running:

Wed 16th and Thursday 17th April at Chrysalis Health and Wellbeing, Broughty Ferry.

and Sunday 20th and 27th April, Elmwood Road, Dundee.

Teacher- Stephanie Gooding, Usui, Tibetan and Karuna Reiki Master, 9 years experience using Reiki, and 5 years teaching experience.
