caledonian hotel ullapool is recruiting for a deputy hotel manager

large hotel with 83 bedrooms , large restaurant and bistro and 2 bars needs a strong deputy to take over day to day operation of large hotel and deputise for general manager.

post will initially be until november but possibility of this being extended for a strong candidate.

live in private accommodation for the right candidate , salary up to £17k with training opportunities available and the possibility to join one of the uks youngest hotel chains with big plans for growth.
