We are looking for a head chef, 2nd chef and commis to make up our new kitchen team which will open in mid September

We also require Kitchen porters

In a head chef we require someone with the skill and enthusiasm to drive the kitchen team forward. they will need experience with budgeting, stock control, ordering, costing, menu planning, HACCAP and RIDDOR, and also with knowledge and expereniece within the hospitality industry. This could be an ideal opportunity for a 2nd chef looking to head up their own kitchen.
