I'm 22, male, ex-Student (graduated last year), gay, non-smoker, clean and tidy, open-minded, easy-going and very sociable. I enjoy a night-out/night-in but can't party all the time as I work alot.

I'm looking to rent a room until the end of September as my lease ends at the end of July. I'm staying in Dundee for another 2 months due to work commitments but if I am kept in Dundee longer, I would be willing to rent for longer.

I would happily live with male/female, similar description, easy-going, around my age, smoker/non-smoker, preferably a young professional but I am willing to live with a student.

I would also require on-street parking (or at least somewhere close) and can provide references from my landlord.
