Within walking distance of Ninewells Hospital and there are buses into town every 15 mins. Local convenience store is within 2 mins walking distance as well as a couple of take aways if you are kitchen shy. Tesco's is just round the corner on South Road, which is a 5 min walk.

I have a furnished double room which includes a double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and also a TV cable.

Rent is £320 pcm including bills. A deposit of £200 is required. A minimum lease term is 6 months though I am flexible. The room is available from the 16th.

I am a mature 22 yr old female. I am fun, easy going and relaxed to be around. People say I'm a chilled out person and friendly. I am also clean and tidy. I do not mind a smoking flatmate or a student.
