Our client is looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Parti to join a professional team who strive to exceed exceptional food quality expectations of a Very high profile hotel.

As Demi Chef de Parti, you must possess a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques possess an SVQ 1 & 2, an MVQ or equivalent, and have the ability to work all stations of assigned kitchen. You must have minimum of 2-years of previous culinary experience and demonstrate competencies in breakfast cookery, alongside vegetable preparations, cooking starches, rice, pasta.
Basic meat, fish and poultry cooking and preparation of basic stocks, soups, and sauce knowledge would also be preferred.
