Our client in a beautiful part of Scotland are recruiting for a talented Breakfast Chef, who can help drive the breakfast offer forward to win awards.

The role will be to work with the Breakfast Chef, to drive the offer forwards towards winning awards. You will work 5am - 2pm, 5 out of 7. Producing high quality plates utilising fresh local produce.

The ideal candidate will have been a chef for at least two years, worked at Demi Chef de Partie level, have experience cooking and presenting dishes within a top hotel, be able to work alone as well as part of a team.
