Hi, i am an outgoing young professional aged 27 and im looking for a room thats reasonably close to the city centre (within a couple of miles). I am a non-smoker and very tidy :-) I do require some offstreet parking as i own a motorcycle. A garage is not essential but a garden or secure parking would be great. My price range would be about 350 pounds which would include council tax and bills.
