The flat in situated in a quiet culdesac in Yarrow Terrace,1 large bedroom,ground floor,double glazed,heating,plenty of storage,shared garden and drying area,parking,great neighbours,close to shops and on main bus route. Only reason for wanting a swap is due to lack of bedrooms. Would suit couple,single person or person with health issues due to being ground floor.
