But our flatmate is moving out, and we don't move out until a month
later. The room is large with a double bed.
You will be sharing with two nice 22year old females.

£225 includes rent and bills.

We have tv, internet access and a house phone.

Don't mind if you are male or female. But preferably someone
around our age and a non smoker.
