I am a 25-year-old (Scottish) professional female who has recently moved to Dundee for work. I have found a two bedroom flat in Invergowrie. The flat is modernly decorated with a combi boiler and gas central heating. It is over two floors with a separate living room and kitchen.

Invergowire is a small quiet little village on the edge of Dundee. Busses stop outside the flat and it is only 10 minutes to Dundee City centre. Ninewells hospital and the Technology Park are less than 5 minutes walk (handy if you are working there!).

The flat is fully furnished and we have a nice female landlord who lives nearby. The rent is £270 per month (once you add on bills including council tax it is roughly £350). You can move in anytime over the next few weeks and the lease is until the end of April. Sorry but because of the Council Tax I cannot live with a student, and due to the lease no couples either.
