Small 3* hotel(10 bedrooms) in Mid Argyll looking for a head chef to run the kitchen. Duties would include food ordering, stock control, cooksafe recording, managing kitchen staff, applicants must have good knowledge of cooking.

This job comes wih a annual salary of £18k & would be a live in job(accomodation & food will be provided free).

We are a small team here & all enjoy a good laugh whilst working hard to sustain a very good reputation for food. We would be looking for the successful applicant to start sometime in August.
