Commis Chef looking to become Chef de Partie .Capacity: 60 - 130 by day, 30 - 50 by night .

Description: A talented and ambitious Commis Chef is required (who is looking to become a Chef de Partie) for The Harbour Cafe, 1 mile from Callander.

The cafe menu changes to restaurant format after 6pm and Head Chef Alastair Watson is aiming for AA rosettes. Alastair has a Michelin Star background and has won several awards.Candidates should be willing to learn, enthusiastic and have basic skills including basic pastry experience. Work is available for a partner front of house. The salary will be £12,000 - £15,000 depending on expereince. Accommodation is available, options to be discussed.
