I have this very beautiful 2 bedroom fully furnished house to share. I am a female PhD student in university of dundee. The house is just off perth road and 5-7 mins walk to dundee university. The rent of full house is £ 540 which will be shared between two of us. So effectively its £270 per month per person plus the bills.
