We are currently looking for a strong manager for this busy bar/leisure facility, part of a hugely successful Leisure Company. Would suit a strong Branded Bar Manager who is looking for a similar role, but with a twist….
Your role will include assisting in the preparation and implementation of a successful business strategy, maximising all sales and revenue opportunities, whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
Customer service and operational smoothness are paramount requirements of your Facility, so exceptional man-management and organisation skills are paramount qualities, as is your ability to use your sales and marketing knowledge to generate new business from both the residential and corporate markets.
This role requires a no-nonsense manager who is flexible, adaptable, and has a strong business and financial acumen.
