This absolutely stunning property just outside of Aberdeen is in need of a talented Senior Chef de Partie, to join the brigade under their great Exec Chef to drive the hotel to more awards.

The role will be to join the brigade under the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef and be responsible for you own section, while training and develop the junior chefs. You will report to the Head Chef and Sous and ensure that all food is of the very highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Chef de Partie in an award winning environment, be able to show creativeness, willingness to learn and develop their skills, while maintaining an very high standard both in the production of food and health and hygiene.
