Our client wishes to add an experienced IT Support Technician to their small, friendly team. The company is a new media agency which has recently added a IT Support function to the business.

They are looking for someone to provide support to there clients initially on a freelance basis with the intention of moving onto a full-time permanent role.

In an internal support role, you will be managing servers / networks / desktops in a Windows environment (hardware & software - Operating Systems, Exchange and SQL).

You will also provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support.

You should have experience from an IT Support / Installation role, with a sound understanding of infrastructure development & support, including:

Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Blackberry Server & up to 3rd Line Support.
