VOLUNTEER REQUEST
Be a part of the Hilltown Christmas Festival ’09 and help make it a fantastic community event!

Event Details:
Saturday 12th of December
12noon – 6pm
Hilltown Park

At the heart of the Christmas Festival is a desire to bring people living in the Hilltown together for a great celebration; highlighting the good and positive things in the community.

Building on the success of last year’s Festival, we have an ice rink as the main attraction, with many other fun activities including Santa’s Grotto, music performances, fun and creative activities to engage the public about issues affecting their community, the Hilltown Christmas tree lights switch on, and much more!

We are looking for 50 people throughout the day to help with various aspects of the Festival: setup, event stewards, activity helpers, security, dismantle & hospitality.
