What will I learn and do?
You will:

learn about the professional role and responsibilities of the teacher/trainer

gain an introduction to the principles of learning, teaching, assessment and evaluation

develop knowledge and understanding of session planning, and plan your own session(s)

produce a scheme(s) of work

practice delivery of a teaching session through small scale micro teaching session(s).

The 7303 is a hands-on award, and will not only introduce you to the basic theories of teaching, but develop your core presentation and practical skills; building your confidence in teaching small and large groups of learners.
