An additional Chef is required for a busy Italian Restaurant in the West end of Dundee.

This would be a full-time permanent position covering lunches (served from 12 to 2) and evening service.

Approx 38 hours per week over 5 days.

Salary depends upon experience.

A good understanding/experience of Italian food would be required.
Initial training would be given for our current menu choices.

Restaurant has maximum of 74 covers. You would be working with two other chefs and a KP on a rota basis. Must be capable of working on own should the need arise.
