Hey! Im a 19 year old (will be 20 by time you move in!) female studying at Dundee University. Looking for somebody to move in next June as my current flatmate graduates then. Anyway! Flat is right in the middle of the city, like across the road from jimmy chungs! Yum haha. Also, not even 5 mins from railway station. Its perfect for a first proper flat, as its small-ish, with two double bedrooms, a fairly large bathroom, and a living room. The kitchen is small but very cute...if they can be lol. There are spaces available to park in front of the flat although I myself dont drive yet. Rent is £235 a month, and the bills are roughly £30 a month. All in all, not bad considering its location.
I don't have a problem if you smoke, and if you wish to have a pet, that is fine although I ask that you discuss it with me first. If you enjoy parties then thats good, as I hold a few every so often, normally to celebrate things. I have no problems as to the gender, as long as you are a student at Dundee or Abertay UNiversity, are reliable, and up for a laugh.
