How much is boot camp?
Boot Camp is great value for money, not only will it improve your fitness, but will also make you look and feel better than ever.
Boot camp is very similar to personal training the only difference is that instead of it being one-on-one training you're in a friendly group environment, where everyone is focused on improving their current fitness levels, losing body fat and shaping up.
To do 12 one-to-one personal training sessions would cost £360+. The investment you make to train at the Perth fitness bootcamp costs just £30 for your 4-week programme.
As you can see this is great value and affordable, to sign up make payments via standing order or cheque.
We can only accept a limited number of participants and slots will fill quickly.
What happens once I register for Boot camp?
Once you have registered and payment has been received, you will be advised of joining instructions and upon arrival given a PARQ form to fill in and a support pack offering a wealth of information as well as letting you track your progress.
Is there a military theme? Do you yell at boot campers?
No, but the Boot camp trainer is a fully qualified and insured level 3 Advanced Fitness Trainer which is the highest level a trainer can ascertain, who at the pinnacle of their knowledge and experience simply want to make a difference and will encourage and motivate you in your session.
What to wear? What to bring?
We provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need.
With regards to clothing come in old tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts, jumpers and a pair of running trainers. You don’t want to wear your newest sports gear as we are outside and you may get a little muddy.
In the winter months you may need hats and gloves. Also make sure you bring a lightweight breathable waterproof just in case it rains.
We also ask to that you don’t come on a completely empty stomach and you bring water with you to stay hydrated.
What if I’m not physically fit or feel I am not ready?
Boot camp is available to anyone no matter what your fitness levels are like. You just need to be prepared to work hard enough to improve your current fitness levels.
How do I pay for boot camp?
Payment must be made in full before camp start date either by standing order or cheque
Will it work, what can I expect to achieve?
Definitely! Once you have completed boot camp you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming fitter and more toned.
On average as an example women on Boot camp programmes will ideally drop 5-8 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes and should lose between 2-5% body fat. Pretty good going!
What happens if I miss a session or don’t show up?
Except for absolute emergencies or illnesses, there will be no refunds or carry forward of classes.
Boot camp is set up and priced as a package and your success depends on consistent participation.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last for 45 mins, so make sure you’re on time and ready to go.
What should I do when I complete Boot camp?
Fitness is not a one time get-fit-quick deal. Fitness is a way of life. The quality of the life you lead is up to you. After you complete Boot camp, you will want to keep going. Many Boot campers join camp multiple times. So it is advised if you wish to sign up to another 4 week block set it up at least one week prior to the new start date.
