Sous Chefs required for 2 separate hotel venues.
Candidates should have experience within a 3* hotel and have relevant work experience and/or qualifications. A minimum of Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
Duties include assisting the Head Chef on a daily basis and taking control of the kitchen in his absence.
The development & mentoring of other chefs in the kitchen
Strict attention to health & safety.
