Our City Centre based Public Body client required a freelance Building Surveyor to join them on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will provide a full property maintenance service, including contract procurement, cost/budget control and ensuring the Estates Section of the Department implements and manages a full Health and Safety regime for all properties for which it has a responsibility. 

Preferably MRICS degree qualified or equivalent, Chartership is also highly desirable.  The successful candidate will be IT literate with a working knowledge of microsoft packages.
This contract will be on an ongoing basis to be reviewed at 6 month periods.  This contract also offers an excellent hourly rate, flexible working hours and immediate start.
