Our client is one of the Countries most respected hotel, and they are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join their award winning brigade in a stunning part of the country.

The role is to join this large brigade and run your section within the kitchen, ensuring that all the food is of the very highest standard, you will help train and develop the commis chefs, ensure that the highest level of health and hygiene is displayed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have been a Chef de Partie for at least a year, within an award winning kitchen, you will be able to display initiative, be able to work alone as well as part of a team and be committed to learning and developing as a chef.
