My wife and I are looking for a one or two bedroomed house, or cottage with a garden to rent. The garden must be of a decent size as I have garden sheds and a greenhouse.I would be very willing to maintain the garden at the property.If permitted I would like to erect a fence.

We are both in our early fifties, have no children but we do have some budgies,a well-trained Collie and a cat.It is imperative we find somewhere that is pet-friendly.

Somewhere in the countryside near Blairgowrie, Perth, Coupar Angus, Meigle etc would be ideal.We currently live in Blairgowrie.
We are very quiet living and are decent and honest. We would be willing to pay up to £400 per month for rent. We could move in within a few weeks if need be.
