I am a young professional looking to move to Dundee in the near future. (Dates as yet uncertain as they depend on a job offer confirmation etc.; at this point I think it most likely I will be looking for something from January but do not yet know for certain.)
I am looking for something roughly West End/near Balgay or Victoria Park, etc. in the range of £300+ pcm.
I am an excellent tenant (i.e. I like to keep things clean) and have never been late or short in rent payment (I’m not certain but I don’t see why I couldn’t get my current agency to comment to that effect if you so desire.)
I realise the current uncertainty about dates is potentially difficult to work with; however I wanted to get an advert out there in case you or any person/agency you know of has such properties available or becoming available in the near future.
