I am a certified Tellington TTouch practitioner and offering mobile massage/ treatments in your home. TTouch is an unique, approved method for stress relief, well-being and pain management, eg for chronic pain. It is very gentle, respectful and applied over the clothes, so no special equipment or preparation needed.

I am also offering small workshops on request, to learn the basic TTouches for selfhelp, family or people you are caring for.

TTouch is suitable for everybody and every age, from children to the elderly.
