There is a private nursery 2mins up the road, also school nursery and 2 primary schools, club for the kids. Landing is very clean and quiet, all the neighbours are very friandly. I live on the 2nd floor (top)

Flat is very large, gas central heating, double glazing windows with child safety locks.
Livingroom is big, painted natural colours with dark flooring.
Kitchen is ok size, lots of storage space, wallpaperd.
Bathroom is ok size, half tiled also painted red and black
( kitchen & bathroom is geting done by council next year)
Hallway is long, painted natural colours, with dark flooring.
Bedroom1 is ok size, painted pink & purple with winnie the pooh stickers also has built in cupard.
Bedroom2 is big, painted gold & chocolate brown with designer border, also has built in cupard.

I am looking to exchange for a 2 bedroom'd flat or house out with aberdeen.
