We are professionals,friendly and easy going, looking for a third person to share the flat. The room available is a single room.
short term/long term.The flat is in city centre, 5min to Abertay Uni,
Tesco's... The rent is 180+share of bills-(Broadband/phone,electricity).Would prefer someone who is tidy and willing to do their own dishes and maintain the cleanliness of common areas.
