If your dog is friendly and likes to play, would you like to meet up and go for a walk with me and my dog?

I would like my dog to be able to find some doggy friends to run around with when he goes on walks. He loves to chase and be chased and it tires him out nicely, but the other owners drag their dogs off and don't let them play.

My dog is a terrier and he's nine months old.
