We are a couple (not all lovey dovey in your face people!) both 24, young professionals. I guess we are quiet during the week, like getting out about at the weekends. We own this property.


We have a cat, v cute...I can say that cause I usually hate them but this one is more human I think sometimes haha. Also have a dog now, still puppy but well behaved.


Rooms in the flat are living room with cable and wii, bathroom with integrated bath/shower, kitchen with dishwasher, study with gym equipment. On street parking. About 15 mins walk to city centre, bus stops nearby.

The rent includes the bills apart from phone bill, the phones are for emergency and freephone numbers, other bills are cable, internet, gas and electricity.

This would take monthly to £350, but the weekly amount already inlcudes bills at £90.


The room includes a very long desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv and at the moment a single bunk bed with double bunk/futon on the bottom. However, can discuss further if a double was preferred.


Deposit required in advance then each month or week paid in advance.
