Hotel situated just off the Perth Road (ten minutes walk from city centre), in the west end of Dundee has a vacancy for a Breakfast Cook.

15 hours worked over 5 days out of 7 - approx 7.00am to 10.00am.
Extra hours may be required to cover holidays etc.

You will be one of two Breakfast cooks working on a rota basis to provide breakfast service over 7 days.

You will be preparing and cooking breakfasts for up to 21 people. Duties would also include cleaning of dishes, pots etc; stock control,; laying tables and serving if necessary. You will be working in a kitchen with an assistant to help serve the guests.

Candidates need to be reliable, enthusiastic, have good people skills and good food & hygiene practices.

Food hygiene certificate preferred or candidate must be willing to undertake this course.

Knowledge of basic breakfast foods required. Training can be given if necessary.

This position may suit someone looking for a second job or just a few hours work a week.

The hotel has a licensed restaurant, so there may be opportunities for further work within the establishment in the future, if the candidate wishes to further their skills.

You would need to be a realiable, enthusiastic person, who would help to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
