We have a permanent opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join a small team at a busy and popular tourist attraction, renowned for the quality and freshness of its food.
You will be preparing daily specials and a wide range of dishes focussing on freshness, simplicity, locality and seasonality ranging from home baking, salads, fresh soups to seafood platters. We require a chef who has a genuine passion for using fresh produce.
Working 5 days from 7, 40 hours per week mainly between 8.30am and 5.30pm (some flexibility for evening events)
Due to location it is a necessity that applicants have their own transport.
Salary negotiable between £7 and £9 per hour depending on skills
