Top professional Pilates teacher Lindsay Jewison, of Pilateswithlindsay, will start Pilates classes in Dundee and Angus in September.
Lindsay’s classes are designed to be fun without compromising excellence in teaching and are a great way to exercise in a non-competitive way within a group. Classes are intentionally kept small so that, as necessary, the individual requirements of students can be catered for to ensure they get the best results from their exercise.
